Any holiday you purchase which is advertised on this web site, will be
supplied by the relevant tour operator, carrier or hotel. Lincoln Travel
acts as agents only and will not be responsible for providing your
holiday. All bookings you make will be subject to the tour operator's,
carrier's or hotel's terms and conditions, which must be agreed to before
a booking can be made. |

Receipts |

For your protection and in accordance with the Civil Aviation (Air

us you will be sent a receipt. The ATOL part of the receipt details items
provided by the Tour Operator and is covered by the Tour Operator's ATOL
licence from the CAA. The non ATOL receipt covers goods and services
provided by TUI UK Ltd trading as Lincoln Travel. Lincoln Travel is a
member of the Association of British Travel Agents (ABTA) and is fully
bonded. |

Tickets |

Tickets are normally despatched 14 days before date of departure. If
you do not receive your tickets 7 days before date of departure please
contact Customer Services on 0870 055 6003 (+44 870 055 6003). |

The Contract |
|
| |
|
|
| |
When you book a holiday with Latedeals.com or Skideals.com, you will
enter into a legally binding contract with the tour operator offering the
holiday (eg Thomson, JMC, First Choice etc). You will be asked to read and
accept the tour operator's booking conditions prior to booking, and these
contain important information including the tour operator's cancellation
procedure. This contract will be formed when we confirm the holiday over
the telephone with you, and dispatch a written confirmation through the
post. |

Car Hire |

You will need to produce the driving licence of all drivers when you
collect your car. Various countries and car rental companies have
different policies with respect to age and driving records. All
convictions for driving offences must be declared. Additional insurance
cover over the legal minimum is recommended when renting cars, especially
in the USA. |

Ages |

The age of children relates to the whole of the period when they are
away including the day of return. If a child's birthday occurs during the
holiday including the day of return then the new age must be stated.
Travel may be refused if the date of birth according to the child's
passport disagrees with the age on the tickets. |

Times 00.01 to 12.00 are AM (morning). Times 12.01 to 24.00 are PM

TOD - Ticket on Departure |

If you have booked near the departure date then tickets cannot be sent
out to you by post. Instead they can be collected from the appropriate
tour operator's ticket desk at the airport. Charges for tickets on
departure varies from £0-£13 per person depending upon the tour operator.
You will need the tour operator's booking reference as stated on the
receipt or given to you when you book. Ratings-All accommodation ratings
including any star ratings are the Tour Operator's own. They may differ
from the accommodation's official rating. |

For medical advice regarding your holiday destination or journey,
including vaccinations, you should contact your general practitioner. The
Department of Health leaflet 'Health Advice for Travellers' is available

Passports |

British Citizens require a valid full ten year British passport for
travel outside the British Isles. Certain destinations may require at
least six month's validity remaining on the passport on the date of
return. If you have difficulties please contact Customer Services on 0870

nationals should contact the embassy, high commission or consulate of your
destination for up-to-date advice on passport requirements. If you have

countries. Visas may also be required for longer stays over three months
in certain EU countries. Immigration, visa and entry restrictions may

entry to the UK. You should contact the embassy, high commission or
consulate of the destination for up-to-date advice on immigration and visa

It is the policy of Lincoln only to provide travel if:
All the party are covered by an insurance policy purchased through TUI UK
Ltd. TUI UK Ltd trading as Lincoln Travel offers excellent holiday
insurance by AXA Insurance.
Or
all the party are covered by another policy which provides the same or
better levels of cover and Lincoln Travel is in written receipt of the
policy details by fax or letter within 48 hours of booking. Receipt of the
details of an alternative policy and/or the charging of an insurance
administration fee does not constitute an acceptance, qualification or
endorsement by Lincoln Travel that the alternative policy provides
adequate cover or protection. |
